CRAIG GRAHAM
Creative Director
Craig is recognised as one of Australia’s leading producers of wide audience appeal factual entertainment. Over the past 20 years, Craig has created and produced over 250 hours of original programming for the free to air and pay television markets.
In 2009, Craig formed Fredbird Entertainment to provide factual, entertainment and children’s programming to the local and international market. Fredbird has evolved into a multiple award-winning supplier of original and innovative content.
JENNIE MILWARD-OLIVER
Production Executive
Jennie has over 16 years experience across a diverse range of unscripted and scripted content in both the UK and Australia.
She possesses a deep understanding of creative processes and practices, along with strong skills in budget creation, forecasting, management and staffing.
As a proactive and solution-oriented leader, Jennie thrives in managing fast-paced, high-demand productions, including reality formats, documentaries, travel shows and live studio productions. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for meticulous cost tracking – any excuse to crack out a spreadsheet.
Jennie’s passion for television production, along with her team-first outlook, helps her foster an environment of growth, understanding and development. With a mantra of together we can accomplish anything.

BRAD CONE
Head of Factual Entertainment
Brad is a passionate and experienced factual television producer. He’s spent the past 25-years specialising in high-impact storytelling – bringing raw personal stories to life. Brad’s wide audience appeal producing and directing credits are extensive and include: Struggle Street (SBS), Malcolm Naden: Australia’s Most Hunted (Seven Network), The Force (Seven Network), Medical Emergency (Seven Network), Australia’s Deadliest Shark Coast (National Geographic), Fighting Spirit: The Wheeling Diggers’ Invictus Games Dream (ABC & BBC), Royal Flying Doctor Service (Nine Network), Gold Rush: Parker’s Trail (Discovery Channel, USA) and Sydney Harbour Force (Discovery Channel, UK and ANZ).
Brad is a keen horseman and was recently placed 3rd at the 2022 Ranch Sorting National Championships Australia.
LIZ WILLEY
Production Manager
Liz has worked in the TV production industry for over 20 years; 7 of which were spent in the UK. Her roles there included working for several Post Production Facilities and leading UK Production Companies and Broadcasters in London, including the BBC; working for their in-house Drama department and on the award-winning drama series’ Spooks and Luther. Liz has experience across a variety of genres including drama, documentary, factual, live studio, corporate, commercials and reality.
Liz is a film fanatic and a running enthusiast. She also makes sure the office is always stocked with the good biscuits.
VLAD JOVICIC
Post Facilities Manager & Online Editor
Vlad began his career in Film and Television in his native homeland of Serbia. After emigrating to Australia in 2002, Vlad worked for a plethora of production companies and post houses in Sydney before embarking upon further study; obtaining a Masters in Documentary from AFTRS in 2008. He joined Fredbird as a Senior Edit Assistant in 2012 and has overseen the Post Production of almost all of it’s shows ever since.
Vlad enjoys lunchtime jogs, playing chess with Craig and watching ‘good’ movies.
JAMES KARAS
Senior Edit Assistant
James joined Fredbird as an Intern during his final year of study at the University of NSW. James graduated with a Bachelor of Media Arts (Honours) in 2019. He now works with us as a Post Production Assistant and Senior Edit Assist and is a highly-valued member of the team. James has a great eye for detail and has phenomenal technical skills.
As die-hard fan of film, television, gaming, music and comics, with a special interest in the Marvel 616, James is our go-to for obscure pop culture references and trivia.
